Avoid it: Actually, many people are allergic to it. It's not too difficult to stay away from it, so if this is the only problem, many would advise you to just get on with a pb-free life. If you really want to be at peace with pb, standard desensitization may work. Step-by-step get closer and closer until you can tolerate it. 1st a photo, then a closed jar, then open, then a smell, then.... You get the point.
