Will tea help menstrual cramps?

Some may...: Many people use herbal supplements for common illnesses and menstrual cramp is one of them...Camomille, feverfew, black cohosh etc..(often avaialbe in varous forms such as tablet, dried tea, extracts etc..) and many others are used for such purpose and can help some folks. I can't tell which will do for you. Consult doc if your symptoms are severe and/or using other meds..Good luck.

Perhaps: There are many treatments for menstrual cramps from birth control, motrin, oil of primrose and teas. I think there is no harm in using a tea if it helps you.
