A member asked:

In which tissue is neoplasm most aggressive?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Pancreas: While it takes 15+ years to develop an infiltrating pancreas cancer, at diagnosis only 10% of patients are operable. For those that have a surgical resection with no evidence of metastasis or spread to nodes only 10% survive at the 1-2 year period post surgery.
