Dramamine (dimenhydrinate) : If you have a history of motion sickness on boats, planes or cars you may have these symptoms on a train (dizzy/sick). You can avoid this by looking straight ahead in the direction of movement, or at a far distant object. Also, avoid reading, sudden head movements, heavy foods or alcohol. You can also take medications such as dramamine (dimenhydrinate) to help with your symptoms. Best of luck!
