Prob. symptom return: Prozac takes a long time to leave the body fully (5-day half-life, so weeks). So this is unlikely a withdrawal syndrome as can be seen with other antidepressants. More likely is a reoccurence of the symptoms (eg depression or anxiety) that the fluoxetine was treating.
