UTI: Urinary infections, when confined to the bladder, often respond to oral antibiotics. If the infection is in the ureter or kidneys, IV antibiotics may be necessary.

Antibiotics: You can try increasing your fluids and pushing the cranberry juice if your symptoms are quite mild but if you are have any fevers or much pain with urination, you will probably need antibiotics.
