Yes: By definition, menopause not begin before age 35. While it is possible to undergo premature menopause (defined as absence of periods because of ovarian failure before age 35), it is extremely rare. If your fsh, lh, and serum Estradiol are normal, the hot flushes are not from menopause. If you are still having periods, it is very unlikely the hot flushes are from menopause.
