Axillary hair: Some girls will get pubic hair and have periods before get axillary hair. The axillary hair may appear later in your maturation.

Puberty: Having pubic hair, breast development and menstrual periods is pretty good evidence that puberty has progressed normally. Having armpit hair or not should not distress anyone and would be cause for cheer in many quarters.
