A good diet.: Start with a well balanced diet, to make sure that you're not going to be taking in excessive calories, that could lead to a gain in fat weight. Begin exercising by walking, bike riding, swimming. These types of activities burn calories and tone muscles. If you belong to a gym, you can exercise on an elliptical trainer, stairmaster, spin bike, etc. You can also weight train, to build muscle.
