It depends: Yes, this is another one of those "it depends" answers. Primarily, it depends on how many calories you burn off, or how active you are. If you are average in activity, you can estimate that you need about 10 calories per pound of body weight per day to maintain your current weight. For example, if you weigh 180 pounds, you would need about 1800 calories per day to keep that weight.
