I don't recommend: Self- acupuncture unless you are trained w needle use. I do acupuncture on myself but am trained. Acupuncture is very safe in the hands of an experienced practioner - but i know of cases of deaths in persons who did self -acupuncture w no training (such as placing a needle in their heart). What to do? If i were you - i wouldn't poke yourself w needles unless you are have been properly trained.
