A member asked:

Is it obsessive compulsive to be dreaming several days about the same thing, or is there a crack in my subconscious?

Dreams: Are these daydreams or night-time dreams. To dream at night about the same thing for several days is pretty common. Just means something has strongly captured our attention. If it is happening constantly during the daytime, that suggest a more abnormal preoccupation. Excessive daydreaming, however, is not a sign of schizophrenia (if that is what you meant by a 'crack' in consciousness).

Dreams: Dreams are often an attempt to solve problems or conflicts in our waking life. This is not OCD but may reflect some unresolved conflict.
