Pimples in and: Around the nasal tip should be treated like an infection. This is considered a danger area because the veins of the central face do not have valves and communicate with the intracranial circulation. I recommend starting with warm soaks and avoid squeezing it. If it swells and becomes painful you need to see a doctor for antibiotics.
