A member asked:

What to do if i have very high arches, what should i buy or do about it?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: If you are having pain then see a podiatrist for evaluation. If no pain then you may need an orthotic to go into your shoe and balance your foot. Stay with lace up shoes, these should be more comfortable.
