What to do if i have this skin irritation on my right foot.?

Dermatological: Conditions are difficult to diagnose without seeing them, either send a pic or give as much info as possible i.E give location, top of foot, bottom of foot, in between toes. Is it red? Are there bumps? Bleeding? Scaling? The more description, the more we can help. If a person is missing and you say i lost my friend, without describing no one can really help.
