Would depend : If you have pain or not.Conservatice treatment are orthotics. Or, there is always a surgical tx at any stage but i would only recommend that if you have pain.

ORTHOTICS: If this is truly a Regnauld Stage I hallux limitus, specifically designed orthotic devices, NSAID's, a cortisone shot, or PT may help. Good luck. Dr. Latva
