What to do if i have somewhat bad acne and its horrible, what can i use to get rid of it sooner ?

Serious Rx: If you're using the word "horrible" then you're not going to be able to treat it with home / pop / "natural" remedies. Start using topical benzoyl peroxide as tolerated and get with your personal physician who can add something that will clear you. If it's severe, and you're offered isotretinoin, be brave and go for it. Best wishes.
