Neurologist: Your neurologist can give you good advice on the treatment options for the myasthenia gravis which can include medications as well as surgery. The sugar problems sound like diabetes mellitus which is probably a separate problem that can be readily treated with medications and/or excercise. Your family doctor or endocrinologist can help you.

Co-morbities: You need to have both issues treated, as they represent separate problems. For the myasthenia see a neurologist, and both meds and a thymectomy may be part of the plan. For the sugar issues, an endocrinologist will be helpful. Once both are handled, you should feel much improved.
