Hepatits A: Hepatitis a is an infection caused by hep a virus thta is trnasmited through unsafe handwashing of an infected person. It is transmitted by the feco-oral route. Food poisoning can be caused by viruses and bacteria and can be from their toxins or the bacteria itself. Hep a can cause vomitng and fever just like any food poisoning but as htey say all that glitters is not gold.
