Not D.I.Y. job: Those are not reliable medications and would be VERY risky. If a component of the ventab-dx is albuterol, it could even increase your described symptoms. Other than doing a pleasant, calming activity like non-violent music, reading, film or time in nature or w/ good trusted friends/family this is not a good self-help project. Get to a professional mental health provider ASAP for eval/treatment.
