Scientific Rx: You'll need both a topical treatment such as topical benzoyl peroxide as tolerated, and almost certainly some systemic rx from your physician, perhaps a trial of an antibiotic. If this fails, you may be offered isotretinoin. It is not for the faint-hearted but works remarkably.
