What to do if i have a sore left kidney and lower left abdomen?

Need more info.: How do you know it is your kidney? What makes the pain worse/better? Any swelling? Any pain with urination? Any change in urine color? Any fever/chills? Your symptoms can represent a number of things, and i would suggest you see a primary care doctor, who will ask these questions and surely some others to help you figure this out.
