Plantar fascitiis: Wear an arch support or orthotic. Roll a frozen water bottle under your arch, stretch your achilles' tendon. You can also take another antiinflammatory like alleve if no contraindication.

Foot pain: While I agree with Dr Kass and all of his suggestions help , sometimes you need help faster than those will provide . Even though nsaid's help quickly , the cause of the pain needs to be discovered . Seek professional help from your podiatrist
