Two days ago, I did a forward roll on a spring floor at a gym. I had a headache before the roll, and it got much worse after. The bad headache lasted all night but was dissipated the next morning. Could I have caused a concussion from a forward roll?
Is it normal for a concussion headache to feel better and go worse? It goes back and fourth in severity. I hit the crown of my head 3 days ago. I also just slightly hit the back of my head this morning so could be causing my headache to be worse also?
