Ordinarily no: Typically, milk let down in the human breast is initiated by oxytocin which is first released at delivery ... Although more is released each time baby nurses. So, without being pregnant and nursing, it is rare to produce breast milk. Some medications can cause inappropriate breast milk production -- like atypical anti-psychotics. Call your doc if you're lactating, but shouldn't be!
