May be, but...: Refraining from intercourse for 2-3 weeks after surgery or until postoperative pain is tolerable, has been the common advice, but its realistic value has been not well defined and validated. As well, the duration of no sex after vas-reversal highly varies among urologists, largely to serve social / medico-legal / political correctness. But 2-3 weeks is reasonable or until pain be tolerable.
