Depends: This is a constant fear and worry amongst health care professionals. If you just grazed yourself and didn't break the skin, no blood and no penetration, you have nothing to worry about. Most of us wouldn't bother reporting this type of injury. If you actually stuck yourself and the needle inserted, whether there was visible blood or not, report to your employee health service or see your physician
