What do you suggest if i'm really worried that i could develop a thyroid problem. please help :)?

Prevention: Hi. Unfortunately, almost all thyroid problems are autoimmune in nature or tumors (benign more often than cancer), and there are no means of "preventing" either from occurring. In the USA, iodine deficiency is almost impossible given the fact iodized salt is so prevalent. So really there's nothing in the way of prevention you can do. Don't be "really worried" you "could develop a thyroid prob"!
