Phys therapy: Is the best thing to help as they will not only show you how to properly exercise your shoulder, they will also teach you behavior modifications, such as not sleeping with your arm above your head at night. Also, make sure to exercise muscles affecting your scapula such as your rhomboids to make sure it is not contributing to shoulder pain. Nsaids, if right for you, short term, can help.
