Oral Surgeon: Get an appointment with an oral surgeon. Some generakl dentists can do this also. You'll egt an examination and maybe a biopsy.

Several opinions: First to see would be an oral surgeon whom will evaluate and decide whether to biopsy or not. Depending upon the results, you may be referred to an oncologist. Hopefully you do not have any cancer!
