The same as at 20yo: Genetic disorders are just that. They come from the genetic makeup of the donor male of female, whatever their age at conception. There is increased risk of chromosomal (structural) defects as the egg ages. Women are born with eggs in suspended animation in the ovaries. At menses they begin to mature & release until they're gone.Life's accumulated toxic exposures can lead to abnormal chromosomes.
