Go to ER: Hives and swelling around the eyelids is not a normal finding, and spells trouble if it involves having orbital or eyelid cellulitis. Especially if you're pregnant, I would take no chances, and go to the ER and have it evaluated immediately, and get it treated.

Hives: Zyrtec and claritin (loratadine) are safe to take during your pregnancy, but if your face swells up seek medical attention immediately
