Sneeze: If your symptoms are obvious you can sneeze and blow your nose a lot around your mates. Maybe you can ask them to chip in for Kleenex. If you have a life threatening food allergy, show them your epi pen and teach them how to use it in case you loose consciousness. That usually gets people's attention
