Releasing Guilt: There are many ways to release our emotions, especially guilt. The first thing is to recognize the feeling, and then let yourself allow the feeling to be there without trying to get rid of it. Breathe and relax into it for a moment. Know it's just a feeling that feels bad, but does not make you bad. Then decide what you might do differently, or if amends need to be made, and the like.
