Difficult: Arthritis is almost impossible to heal, but with some new medical therapies, like prp and stem cell implantation, we can help a little, but it really almost impossible to reverse arthritis. The best thing to do is improve yourself functionally in other ways, including strengthening and stretching supporting leg musculature and weight loss, stay hydrated, continue low impact exercise.

Consider Regenexx: You might want to see the doctors in your area that perform the regenexx stem cell therapies (the original docs are in colorado). They have the most documented research about their treatment algorithm and often will do a phone consult with you if you live far to determine how you might fair.
