Pneumothorax? : Depends on the size & cause. If due 2 major chest trauma they many times use a chest tube. If spontaneous & small it may just B followed by serial chest x-rays, & if getting larger a chest tube is possible. Some may give an aspiration a go. Then if persists then a chest tube.
