You need to : Consider talking to a therapist. You need to assess whether you are trying to use alcohol to treat anxiety. It is not a good choice for treatment of anxiety. You may have an addiction and need help to recover from this if it is the case. Speak with a psychiatrist who specializes in both anxiety and addictions.
