Rest first...: U want to rest a 'torn' hamstring first until it is nearly healed3-6 wks then can begin stretching : u can sit down and place your leg out straight , move your ankle back while u bend from the hip and touch your toes or heel. @ the same time u can have your opposite leg(knee) flexed to stretch your quads on other extremity. Maintain stretch and then switch sides... Best of luck!
