Footwear: Look into really changing up footwear and cross training. Try a good sports massage therapist and or acupuncture. It will take 3-6 sessions spaced weekly or bi weekly. Sometimes the root problem isn't where you are hurting. It could be the back of your calf, footwear/strike, glutes or core muscles etc.
