Need to be checkedER: With your symptoms you need to get checked by your doctor or a pulmonologist, as you may need examination and chest xray and arterial blood gas studies as you have cardiomyopathy and hypertension as well and may have fluid in your lungs and may need diuretics and oxygen after evaluation by your doctor, if you can not get an appointment with your doctor go to er.
