Complicated: You need to discuss this with a doctor familiar with your history and able to do a physical exam. It is not clear from your question whether these vaginal infections follow and have been induced by treatment of your utis. Frequent utis happen in some women and can be reduced in frequency by prophylactic antibiotics, but only after excluding anatomic causes. See a urologist.
