Depends on its vascu: Concerning testicular masses the key is distinguish between a benign condition condition versus the potential testicular tumor. Serum blood tests including an Alpha fetal protein, beta hcg, and ldh are important to obtain. If any of these tests are elevated and/or there is blood flow to this heterogeneous mass this lesion most likely is a tumor. Recommend seeing a urologist to evaluate with you.
