Normal: Globulin is a type of protein in the blood. Normal is usually from 2.0 to about 4.0. Levels can go up if someone has liver disease or chronic infections, but it would have to be quite high to be of any concern. Your husband's level seems just about right to me, and i wouldn't look twice if i were his doctor. Don't worry! and what a lucky husband to have you looking over all his results!
