Not less sleep: If you have back pain then it is not due to less sleep. There is likely to be some underlying cause which needs to be investigated. See a neurologist or an orthopedic surgeon.

See a dr.: 6 hours of sleep a night is on the lower end of the recommended range. I would suggest that you see your dr. To be evaluated. If you have been under severe stress or injured your back recently, it is possible that the back pain could be related. If you don't have a back injury then regular stretching and exercises to strengthen your core ; abdomen may help.
