See answer: Glucose intolerance means that your body does not handle glucose in a precisely normal way. It means your glucose level is higher than normal, but not so high as to be in the diabetic range. Limit simple sugar intake, maintain a healthy weight and do aerobic exercise to help control it. And do get it checked periodically to make sure it does not creep up into the diabetic range.
