Yes: The drug passes readily to the baby during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Babies born to pot heads have smaller heads but whether that translate into learning problems has shown conflicting results.Since the brain develops a lot of its size and linkages in the first year, this may effect performance in the future. The smell and irritants of the smoke also increase risk of crib death and infection
