Confusing question: You appear to realize you have a brain centered condition of altered focus that responds to simple treatment. That treatment is deigned to assist your "focus" skills when used. Kids with adhd seem to have 3 defined outcomes as they get older. A third grow out of it and their "focus" center works normally. A third quits meds and live with the problem, a third have it as adults and take meds.
