No easy tips: It's an age old problem. Losing weight takes into account your family history, your eating habits, your physical activity. There is no magic bullet or medicine. My advice is to consult with your physician for a weight loss program and to also consult with a dietician. Losing weight needs motivation for the long haul and when you reach your goal perseverance to keep up what you have learned.

Weight loss: Eat between 800 and 1200 calories per day. Pay attention to what you eat. Join a support group, such as weight watchers, if need peer assistance. Exercise and stay active. Make sure your blood tests and thyroid are ok. Check with a doctor first if you are over 45.
