My 7 month old baby keeps getting ear and throat infections and has been on 6 courses antibiotics in the past 4 months why? how can i prevent this

Infants have a small passageway that gets blocked up more easily than older children and adults, so they get ear infections more easily. In daycare they get a new cold a month, so avoiding daycare helps ears.
