Different causes: Are your headaches constant, dull, throbbing, easily relieved by tylenol (acetaminophen)? They could be due to muscle contraction and tension, eye strain, dehydration, high blood pressure or, less likely, problems within the brain. If they persist or worsen, have your physician check into them. In your case i vote for tension or eyestrain as possible causes.

Agree/disagree: Others may not agree: i think most headaches are due to neck strain ; better with pt. Migraine usually has an origin in a major life stressor, often better wi fiorinal (aspirin butalbital and caffeine). Hrs, md, facc www.Thepmc.Org.
